2 pounds fresh asparagus
1⁄4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar, Domino®
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 450°. Snap off and discard tough ends of asparagus. Spread asparagus in a single layer on 2 (15x10-inch) jelly-roll pans. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
