Ingredients

Makes: 4 servings

  •  2 tablespoons butter

  •  1 package (24-ounce) precooked polenta, San Gennaro®

  •  1 cup half-and-half or light cream

  •  4 ounces goat cheese

  •  1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh tarragon

  •   Salt and ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Break polenta into small pieces and add to pan. Whisk in half-and-half and continue stirring until smooth and heated through.

  2. Add goat cheese and tarragon to polenta. Whisk until goat cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
