2 tablespoons butter
1 package (24-ounce) precooked polenta, San Gennaro®
1 cup half-and-half or light cream
4 ounces goat cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh tarragon
Salt and ground black pepper
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Break polenta into small pieces and add to pan. Whisk in half-and-half and continue stirring until smooth and heated through.
Add goat cheese and tarragon to polenta. Whisk until goat cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
