  • 2 full racks baby back ribs, quartered

  • 3 cups beef broth, Swanson®

  • 1 cup cherry cola, Coca Cola®

  • Water

  • 1½cups barbecue sauce, Bull’s Eye Original®

  • 1 cup honey, SueBee®

  • ½  cup cherry cola, Coca Cola®

Directions

  1. Place ribs, beef broth, and 1 cup of the cherry cola in a large heavy pot or Dutch oven. Add enough water to fully cover ribs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 1 hour, or until tender. Remove ribs from pot; set aside.

  2. Preheat grill for medium direct heat. In a medium bowl, combine barbecue sauce, honey, and cherry cola. Baste ribs generously with sauce. Grill ribs, uncovered, for about 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
