FAQS

Q:

How do I learn if you will be coming to my town for a public appearance?

A:

Check upcoming appearances on my website to see where I'll be and when I'll be there. Another easy way to catch up with me is to join me on Facebook (facebook.com/sandralee) and Twitter (twitter.com/sandralee). I'm always posting updates with my latest tips, recipes and public appearances.

Q:

Where do I find Sandra Lee's wardrobe?

A:

Probably just like you, I find my wardrobe everywhere. I shop in department stores to small boutiques. I always keep an eye out for a great outfit which sometimes can inspire an entire show theme for Semi-Homemade Cooking. Sometimes, I find my most favorite pieces for my wardrobe while I am on vacation. If you see me on the red carpet for benefit events, I adore Badgley Mischka and Pamella Rolland.

Q:

Why do your recipes include specific brands, and what if I cannot find a certain brand?

A:

My recipes use certain brands on my shows and in my cookbooks because they work the best for that recipe. I share these brands with you so you can have a foolproof recipe. However, you can use whichever product you have in your pantry. My job isn't to dictate but to make suggestions. My job is to show you how to utilize what you have and make life easier. Semi-Homemade cooking is all about the home cook, using 70% ready-made convenience products and 30% fresh ingredients and personal touches, to save you time at home and still have a delicious meal in minutes for your family.

Q:

I saw a recipe on your show but I can't find it online, what do I do?

A:

Most of the recipes from my shows can be found right here on my offical website or at foodnetwork.com or cookingchanneltv.com. I also highlight many of these recipes on facebook and in my cookbooks, which can be purchased here too.

Q:

How can I find Kurtain Kraft?

A:

I started my business in home décor in 1993 with a product line I invented called Kurtain Kraft. It allowed anyone to make gorgeous window treatments without sewing and at a fraction of the cost. The product sold out and is no longer in production. If amazon.com.

Q:

Where do you buy your cookware?

A:

My Sandra by Sandra Lee line of home goods including cookware, bakeware, small kitchen appliances, and tabletop items can be found at Sears and Kmart.
